Help Pages

Having trouble with any part of the site? This page should answer most of your questions and hopefully resolve the most common technical problems you may experience when using the site.

Having trouble viewing the PDF files?

The simplest solution to this problem is to download the PDF file to your PC and then open it in the Acrobat Reader software directly. An alternative solution is to disable the "browser integration" features of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Instructions for disabling browser integration can be found here, under the section titled "Solution 4: Disable Web Browser Integration".

Problems displaying pages

Though we endeavour to make the site accessible to as many people as possible, users of some older browsers may notice that parts of the site are not displayed properly. This site conforms to some of the latest standards as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium standards body and therefore uses some features that are not available to older, non-standards compliant browsers. Opera (free edition) and Mozilla Firefox are two excellent and freely available standards compliant browsers. The following images link to their respective web sites.
